Medical Virtual Receptionist
Support medical practices by scheduling and handling patient appointments, making and taking calls, and performing other clerical tasks.
Virtual Medical Biller
Ensure that providers are well-compensated by processing and submitting claims to insurance companies or US government programs.
Medical Virtual Scribe
Assist physicians by listening to patient encounters and transcribing accurate information.
General Administrative Virtual Assistants
Acting as the doctor’s right hand, admin VAs handle tedious tasks such as calendar management, data entry & outbound calls.
Application Requirements
Applicants must be willing to meet the following requirements:
- Must reside in the Philippines
- Provide a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as Driver’s License, Postal ID, UMID, Passport)
- Submit an NBI Clearance
- Be able to work full-time night shifts and weekends (Our clients are US based)
- Minimum of 1 year in Medical VA or 2 years of BPO roles within the medical field
